The Center for Advanced Preclinical in vivo research - CAPiR- represents the U.O. of General Direction (d.d. n°1238 - 18 April 2015) at the Biological Tower, dedicated to preclinical and translational resarch.

The center offers facilities, staff members, basic equipment for animal housing and the most modern equipment for biomedical research in vivo, in accordance with current legislation in the field of animal experimentation.

The goal of the Center is to promote the development of a strategic  "flow activities" including experimental research, pre-clinical testing and clinical application translated into research services, training programs and development of patents.
